Good communication
Phone service was quick to pick up and able to find what I needed in terms of routes and option of travel. Thank you also for being able to connect with my acount information as this reduces the additonal administrative step needed in the process. Extra freed up time is always the most valuable.
Customer service was very good
I scheduled a hotel, Hampton Inn, on Friday November 8 for Sunday November 10-11. I logged out of the system and did not receive the update email till after 5 pm, past my normal work hours. I did not know that i had to log into the system within 6 hours to verify some information, even though i already had my confirmation email for this hotel. I am getting ready to leave on Sunday and check email to print off itinerary and notice that this hotel reservation is cancelled. I had to re-do my reservation at a different hotel at the last minute. I am not one to check my work email on after hours or on the weekends. Had I not checked for the itinerary, I would not have known till I arrived at that Hampton Inn, with no reservation. That is not acceptable in this instance.
It's nice to get help and advice from someone that knows much more than myself in this area.
If there is ever a problem. While on a trip, I am able to place a call to my agent to help me.
