I like that it's a user friendly service for booking travel to our customer base.
What I Do Not like is that even though I have entered my rewards numbers for the hotel and rental cars they do not show up on my app as nights stayed or cars rented.
I would like some help with this as every trip I take I am not getting points or rewards for them.
