Support when something goes wrong during the trip
The team is always quick to respond when I have a concern. Travel can be complex, so having a knowledgeable team to help me make good decisions, as a travel manager, is very important. My CSM is top notch and is similar in working style. This is so important when having direct discussions about opportunities for improvement and implementation of change.
When I had a concern about my rental car, they were very quick with responding and handling the issue.
