The service overall was great. I liked the filter options available for choosing flights. I first sorted by price as we have to stay within so many dollars of the lowest fare. I then sorted by duration to find the flight that worked best for me.

Its all about service, I do not like on line booking. I'm not a travel expert, I call the experts! When I call,I get an agent who knows what they are doing, access to ways to look at things, they are friendly and they help me find a flight that works with my schedule.
