I like the way it used to be. Customer service is everything to me. With this new system I have to do everything myself. I am not a great travel agent, but I got through it. I would recommend Fox to co-workers because we have no choice about who we use for corporate travel.

I liked the online options to review vacation locations! Also, submitting a request for a call back from one of your travel agents was quick and easy to use! A call back was completed within 24 hours and we discussed everything I included in the online submission! Kayla and Marilyn were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions/concerns and were an absolute pleasant to work with!

I had specific directions to follow and accidentally missed a step, which could have caused significant issues with my travel plans. However, the team at Fox World Travel quickly resolved the issue without requiring any changes to my itinerary or rebooking. Their support was exceptional and made the process stress-free!
