Their agents are attentive to customer requests and make it a point to keep track of our airline and hotel memberships, ensuring they are incorporated into our bookings. Whenever possible, they handle seat selection for us. Personally, I prefer aisle seats, and I've consistently found that they choose aisle options for me. I've also utilized their online chat service several times, which has proven to be very helpful, especially during emergency situations.
