We booked a cruise this past week. Our travel agent was very personable, kind, and patient as we worked through which Alsaka tour was best for us. She was willing to seek help to make sure she entered the information correctly, which was very appreciated. She was very helpful when we addressed a concern we found on the contract that was emailed to us. She responded quickly to our phone call. A hiccup has been that a follow-up email has not had the same quick response. We are looking forward to traveling with Fox to Alaska.
As a follow-up, I reflected on my score after writing my review. I wanted to change my score to 10, but the change my score button was locked. :( We are overall thrilled to work with Fox World and excited to be going.

Fox World Travel is easy to work with. The last time I was on a work trip, there was a mechanical issue with the plane. The rep helped book me on a flight the next day and explained that Delta should provide a free hotel stay and meal vouchers.
we had an issue pop up during our travel and you were able to jump in and help us out, get us on a different flight with a quick turn-around!
