I had access to Fox through various companies over the last 15 years. While travel apps and chatbots have become more common, there is nothing like finding out you can't leave Europe because of flight delays and your next meeting is in Houston Texas in just over 24 hours. Or finding out the only way not to miss an important client meeting is to drive 4 hours to a different airport, completely change all my travel to another airline and... still make it there in person. Every time a crazy delay happens I watch other passengers line up at the airport terminal or frantically stay on hold with the airlines. I calmly drink my coffee and chat with a friendliest person from Fox travel and usually all my plans are updated in less than 20 minutes. I've had several stressful situations over the years and every single time Fox got me to the meeting on time, often through very unusual route and airline changes. Every single person I interact with is always friendly and patient. My last experience this spring, calling from airport in Germany (they do have 24h support) to make sure that when I land I have a hotel to stay in Washington DC (not my original planned destination) and a 6 am flight to Houston. Not just in travel, but any other customer service experience, Fox travel is my #1 best customer service interaction in my career.
