I don't like the app. I wonder if it's a scam. It never works. You spend time finding a flight and purchasing it only for it more often than not to wind up saying "opps, something went wrong" Then you have to call, wait to get to an actual person which the system takes for ever, especially now with the "TSA real ID" message. WE ALL KNOW ABOUT REAL ID, you don't need a drawn-out message telling us this. But then you finally get to a person, and I have always had good experiences with actual people. They are all friendly and helpful. But, there is an additional fee for this, which make me wonder if the app is a scam, just a decoy to think you can do it with a app, then to turn around and charge you a bunch of money for me to say "can you book me on this flight" (which I already have all the info for them, so it's not like they are actually doing anything, but inputting it on a WORKING system" Which makes me think, gee if the app did work as supposed to I could say $$ every flight. I know this would impact your bottom line and your shareholders would not appreciate this, but it would make my life so much easier. Or, you could just have direct lines to a human and drop the app and maybe save some money there. I'm sure apps are not free to build and maintain. If ya want, feel free to contact me at Phone number removed and I could offer many useful and cost savings ways to improve your business model. Always happy to help, for a big fat fee of course though! I like making money too.
