Julie, the Director has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we met in her office to just a short time after when she took it upon herself to put together "homework" for my son for vacation so he wouldn't lose momentum. Talk about going above and beyond! She also demonstrated significant flexibility to let our family go at our own pace through the rest of the summer, noted that she'd be willing to attend a special ed meeting at the school with us as well. Moreover, because my boy has a significant medical situation creating his need for tutoring I was impressed that Sylvan employs a teacher with a background in neuropsychoeducational studies. Refreshing!
My child seems to be learning alot with the tutors they on staff. He enjoys going there and working with them. It is a great feeling knowing he is getting the one on one time he needs. His grades have improved and he seems much more confident in his work.
