Sylvan is very flexible and is willing to work with us on the subject, the timing of the session, and is very warm and professional. I have to call almost every week to adjust something about my daughter's scheduled session, and they are always friendly and helpful.

Great place for child tutoring, my son started with Sylvan when he was so poor in reading and maths, after six weeks my son is performing very good in his school work and test, can’t complain but say it’s a great place that a parent should invest on their children education. Good and friendly teachers.

We love Sylvan in Garner! Ms Heather & Ms Quiniqua have been working over the summer via virtual sessions to help prepare my daughter for Kindergarten. She has never attended preschool and due to Covid, I wasn't able to enroll her in a Pre-K program over Spring & Summer to get her ready. She was very behind in letter recognition, story/book comprehension and sight words. They worked very hard with her over the summer and she had her first kindergarten assessment this past week and got every question right (100%) on this first assessment for letter recognition, sight words and comprehension! She also looks forward to her sessions and thinks of her Sylvan teachers as her "best friends & family" I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility!
The staff seems to really care about my son's success and they are super flexible with me and our crazy schedule!

We LOVE Sylvan of Garner! Quiniqua & Heather are so wonderful with our daughter. She looks forward to her tutoring sessions! They are very easy to communicate with and quick response time w/emails as well. Highly reccomend!
