Everyone has been providing excellent support and service for my daughter and myself. They communicate in a timely manner if any changes or concerns come about. My daughter confidence as grown over these last couple of weeks. She's confident in class and is eager to learn. The tutors are gentle and still execute the skills taught. The environment is warm and friendly. All the children look like they are enjoying the experience while learning. I'm so humbled and full of gratitude for this opportunity for my daughter to be apart of a wonderful family.
I have had great experience with Sylvan since I sent my 7 year old son back in 1994. It helped him and he never missed a beat after that with all good grades. I then sent another child of mine for SAT prep, plus 2 grandchildren. It helped everyone tremendously!!

Sylvan has been great for our 11 year old so far. It is early into his program so I don't have any objective data to evaluate but he loves going and seems like he is engaged and learning skills while he is there. Mandy has been a phenomenal communicator and super easy to work with.
I appreciate how Sylvan monitors not only my child's progress but her connection to the teachers she's assigned to so she's comfortable and engaged. If they find that a teacher is not the right fit personality wise they make a switch immediately. This is so important to her overall progress.
Since my daughter has been with Sylvan, her confidence and comfortability witkh math has grown. She now says mom I'm going to get an A in math. Mrs. Lyons, Julie, and the staff thank you so very much.

Our experiene thus far with Sylvan Knightdale has been nothing but outstanding. The staff are incredibly supportive and approachable. They know exactly what we mean when articulating our goals for our child who also loves attending her lessons and is experiencing growth after each lesson. I could not recommend this learning center enough.

I can see a bit of a difference in my son’s reading. I’ve been getting positive reports from his teachers how he’s improving.
I have 2 special need children and Sylvans help them once a week with the homework they are not able to complete at school. Last year this assistance kept them from failing their grades although the teachers allow them to turn in the assignments late.
The service is individualized to fit the student needs. The instructors are patient and able to commute effectively with the students.
My daughter struggles with reading and having confidence reading out loud and just with the short time that she's been with Sylvan . Her confidence level has gone up. She's been asking if she can read out loud in group setting.
