Treatments have always been timely and effective controlling pests both inside and outside the house. Have been using Arrow for about 9 years after three other services failed to control a pest issue inside the house. Arrow eradicated the issue to the extent that we only need spot interior spraying randomly.

We have had termite prevention with (Arrow) Stark since we bought our house in June 1981. We can say we have never had a problem.
Years later we changed our house pest control to (Arrow) Stark, after trying a few other local companies. We were not told when we had the house built that Arrow also did pest control in the house. We would have signed up with them for the house too.
We also bought a condo in Gainesville in 2008 for college for our daughter. Recently my daughter turned it into an Air BNB and changed the pest control to the same company she uses for her personal and rental home.
Long story short, I would not have stayed with them if they did not do a great job, and stood behind their work!

Our Arrow team listening to our needs and developing a plan to meet those needs. If we have an issue in between services, they quickly respond and address the issue. Annual termite inspections are scheduled and are not intrusive at all. Overall they are a very good pest control company to work with.
I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY CRAWLING INSECTS LATELY, SO I ASSUME ALL IS WORKING OUT OK....
