Donovan does so many things well. He texts so I know when he is coming. He checks with me to see if there are any issues before he begins providing service. He is extremely careful to make sure he sprays down everything we have identified. We once had a provider that did our property in about 7 minutes. Frequently had issues after they left. Donovan takes the time to be thorough. He is very polite and listens well. Highly recommend him. Give him a raise!
