I had the same service technician for about ten plus years in my larger home and trusted her even if I was not home. She was terrific. Her name was Mandy but she moved on to managment. In my next home which an end unit condo/townhome in Sawgrass, I renewed my services and it took a couple trips before I realized I needed to call the office. They responded right away with a more precise service and changed the technician. Clay is now my "guy" and he has been on my site for 3 years ....I no longer miss Mandy because he is thorough, kind, reliable, and always sends a note for service reminders and checks my schedule instead of squeezing me into his schedule. Go naders!
