What do you like about our office?

The nurse I seen before the doctor appeared was great at putting me at ease. Talked to me in a way that I felt at ease. The doctor I had seen was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them. It was my first visit, so the wait time which was long was understandable. I seen people before me enter and were seen, but it makes sense with me being a new patient. I have another visit in a month for a physical so I'll have to see if things remain the same.

Everyone from the front office to the back are always kind and helpful, orders are carried out in a reasonable amount of time, staff always available to assist with questions.
Dr Pinder doesn't make you feel rushed. He takes his time and ensures the information idiscussed is understood before you leave the office.

I didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Even though I was a new patient, Emily treated me like I had been going there for years. Dr, Pinder was kind, professional, and caring of my issues and needs.
