Nurse was quick at gathering data.
Nurse explained and quickly did tests
Doctor did exam and explained diagnosis and next steps
Prescription went quickly to drug store

This is all of great importance when you are in misery!!!

Calling for an appointment has gotten very dysfunctional. I prefer speaking to the office I'm calling. Not going through a confusing conversation and finally getting transferred.
