The staff was friendly and did not i have to wait long to see the doctor. The office was so clean and organized. Overall I enjoyed my first visit.

Very clean. The staff was very nice. I had an emergency and they made room to get me in the same day. The doctor was very nice and quick getting the referral.

The office staff and doctor are very caring, prompt and professional. I switched from the Collins Rd office to Dr. Pinder because I was so impressed. I wish I could get my lab work done at Oakleaf.

The scheduling of appointments. The office is not crowded and I don't wait for hours to be seen. I appreciate respect for my time because I have to go to work. Dr. Pinder seems to care and is thorough.

The staff is very professional and friendly. You have a quick and easy access to the nurse for call backs or if she is available you can talk to her right away. This location is only a short distance from my house. Dr. Pinder is a very good listener and shows concern for your medical issues.

Dr. Pinder is very good and he takes the time to explain everything to you. His medical assistant is so sweet, professional and efficient. I cannot remember her name, but it maybe be Emily.
