From my first call to make an appointment to the receptionist at check out, and everyone in between (check-in receptionist, nurse, and doctor) - that's FIVE interactions with five different people, every single person went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience! Staff, Dr Pinder’s attention to you when you speak. HE REALLY LISTENS. Thanks to his quick response to my recent visit. The building is always clean and there’s plenty parking. Close proximity to residence.

The friendly and professional staff. My Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Andrew Pinder, listens, to me, gives his professional opinion, answers all of my questions and I have full confidence in his experience and expertise. I have lived in Ohio and Illinois and by far, this is the best family care practice I have found.
