What do you like about our office?

When calling, automated options are simple and few. Front desk staff are easy to reach, friendly, helpful and professional, both in person and over the phone. Dr. Pinder is attentive to my concerns, addressing not only the issue(s) of my visit but includes and reviews any related or additional healthcare matters that are of concern. He's easy to speak with and an excellent diagnostician with a conservative and appropriate approach. Emily, his nurse, also has a wonderful demeanor. She follows up as needed, is excellent about returning calls and clearly and correctly relays information to and from the doctor. Bottom line: Being on medicare, I don't feel like a number, but rather a valued patient. I get a sense this office and doctor "treats" everyone as a valued patient.

I love Dr. Davis. She took time to explain to me and my 8 yo daughter, who was the patient, about health and answer all of our questions. My daughter felt very comfortable with her. Dr.Davis took time to build a great patient/doctor relationship with her.

The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.
Dr. Pinder takes the time to 'listen' and not assume. He takes the time to explain things, you don't feel as if you're a 'number', instead he actually cares - as does his staff!

Dr Pinder takes the time necessary to actually explain things to you so that you’ll understand. He gets a good game plan together to fix the issues. Emily is super sweet. Best assistant I have had the pleasure of working with.

What do you like about our office?

I love Dr. Pinder and his staff. They always return my calls promptly and refill my paper prescriptions a timely manner. They are always very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Pinder takes time to meet with me during my appointments and always makes me feel like he is listening. I have even referred my best friend and her husband. I am very happy with my doctor and his office.
