I can’t say enough about the coaching staff. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. They listen to your individual needs and adapt workouts as necessary. This could be scheduling and/or needed weight adjustments. I appreciate the shorter but continuous workout. I’m able to balance this strength training with other activities quite well.

My exercise coach is vey encouraging. Rob Gallgos has a warm greeting and then continues to be encouraging through the studio session. He explains every step that we will be taking. He will say things like, good First name removed, your almost there, your doing it, your personal best. He has an excellent personality for working with someone trying to regain strength after years of in activity. i am sprouting some definition in my thighs and in addition to beginning to see some physical changes, i can feel them! I am getting stronger. i love how focused and challenging the session is. My sessions are scheduled before I go into work, so i start my work day feeling highly motivated.

Equipments
The studio is bright and clean. Appointments are easy to schedule. Staff are well-trained and very helpful.
It’s convenient. I need the accountability to make me be there. So having to commit to a time is good for me. The workouts are quick and so effective.
