The coaches are fantastic (especially Sierra!) and take a genuine interest in helping you achieve more strength and better fitness. You can’t beat the 20 minute workouts.

The 1:1 coaching, The coaches are always looking for ways to improve my workout and are enthusistic and supportive of my efforts. I like the fact that most times when I come it is usuqally not crowded and there isn't a wait fo rthe machines.

The workout protocol is so well designed, effective and it’s clear that it is planned for the best outcome. My experience has been enhanced greatly by the women coaches who I look forward to seeing every session. It’s not always easy to stay motivated for a workout, especially after a treck across town from the west side in Albuquerque traffic, but these wise women make it worthwhile, effective, and most importantly a pleasant experience, even in a group setting. I appreciate that they really watch your form and are truly interested in you getting the best out of the 20 minutes you have dedicated for wellness whatever that may look like for you as an individual. I like that my coach watches my form so that I don't hurt myself and get the best benefit from exercise. I like that it only takes 22 min every session. Exercises are tailered to my goals.
The equipment is outstanding but it's the coaches that make it enjoyable.
