I like the one on one instruction, I like that the program is only 20 minutes per session, I like that the principle of Exercise is strength resistance, I like that insurance pays for half of the fee, I like the flexibility of sessions, because sometimes I cannot come at the scheduled time and the staff always finds another time I can come for that week.

The coaches are very supportive during workouts and great alternating for injury. I love I can knock it outin 20 minutes and strength training is so important especially at my age
