We brought our son who turned 3 on the day we brought him to pigtails and crew for his first haircut. He's had a traumatic experience with hospitals and small spaces where he sees adults coming at him and he assumes it's the Doc and it triggers fears that causes him to react aggressively. Which is why we took so long to bring him here. Cynthia or Catherine was the best professional ever to take care of him with the screams, moving around (with me holding him down) - she made it look effortless and his haircut was cool. mahalo
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The environment was perfect for my daughter’s first hair cut. The prices are perfectly reasonable. Most of all my son finally has a haircut he loves thanks to stylist AJ!

The team is so nice and seem to really enjoy working with kids and not just my kids as you look around while you are there everyone is having a positive interaction with kids and parents. Not all kids love getting their hair cut but they are patient and understanding. Also the hair cut is great!!!

Love the whimsical theme of the facility. The waiting room area is an excellent space and having TVs playing kid movies is a wonderful distraction. Love the treasure chest at the end and the stylists were so friendly. Highly recommend!
1st haircut package- did a wonderful job of entertaining our toddler during the haircut and keeping him calm
Madison is the BEST! My kiddo is a bit of a wiggly challenge, but Madison does an amazing job and is such a joy to be around. Highly recommend this salon and stylist!

Dani was extremely patient an gentle with our son for his first haircut. She used appropriate products for his hair texture and even took time to educate us on how best to care for our son's hair texture. We will be back to Pigtails & Crewcuts and Dani.

We usually book with Amber for our appointments but i waited spur of the moment to book and i booked with Brandy and im so glad i did. She was an absolute angel. She was so nice and joked with my 2 year old and made sure to move with him. She was very fast as well. Definitely would recommend Amber and or Brandy any time! 💙
Both Ms. Juana and Ms. Alicia were absolutely amazing! They made the whole process quick and fun for my kiddos and were even able to squeeze in one kiddo wasn't initially booked for a cut. We will definitely be back!

Jasmine is the most understanding, caring, and talented hair stylist we have ever had. Our son has hated haircuts for years and she has done amazing helping him feel calm and helping him through. We never thought a haircut could be so smooth. She’s also very fast which is so great when a kid doesn’t love haircuts. Highly recommend!!!
