My 15-month old Grandson was in awe of the experience that he sat still although my daughter was holding her phone with Ms Rachel he had the most amazing haircut and looked so handsome. We will schedule another appointment before he flies back to Boston. The stylist/Hawaiian Airline plane did an excellent job.

It was wonderful having a salon that was specifically catered to children and making them feel comfortable and distracted. My 2-year-old is terrified of salons when he's gone with family members, but he was at ease at Pigtails & Crewcuts from the second he walked in the door even though it was his first haircut. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Our 5 year old, non verbal autistic granddaugter Aubrie came for a haircut. June 15th at noon. I neglected to get the hair dressers name but she was an angel.
After a few minutes, she was done with it. She started throwing a fit to get out of the chair. The hairdresser brought her a toy, turned on Cocomelon and sat on the floor to play with her. She ended getting her hair cut in front of the front door, blocking a family who was finished from leaving. She really went above and beyond.
