Brought my daughter in for a haircut and fairy hair, and Ms. Rhian was so kind and patient with her the entire time. Asked her a lot about her summer and really engaged her. It was much appreciated! Hair came out great, as did the fairy hair (which was easier and quicker than I anticipated)!
Kendra is great, she cuts both my daughters hair. One of whom has special needs and she’s very patient with her and super kind. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I was the last appointment for the day. We tried to be as quick as possible, so the workers could be done for the day. We didn't feel in any way rushed and everyone was so incredibly sweet with my daughter. We love Pigtails & Crewcuts!

Mrs. Heather is truly the best of the best. She takes the time to connect to her clients and their families and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. We started with Mrs. Heather gave both of my boys their first ever haircuts and she has been the only stylist we have trusted ever since. She has been with us through the tantrum and extreme crying phases when they boys would walk in the door, and has transformed their attitudes about hair cuts so much that they look forward to seeing her every few weeks. Even now that our first kiddo is older, he refuses to let anyone other than Mrs Heather touch his hair. You get so much more than just a haircut here, its a transformative experience and they take the time to bond with your kids to build trust and comfort rather than just restraining screaming toddlers to get their jobs done. 11/10.

how kid friendly & fun the whole experience was! we loved our hair dresser and how amazing she was with both of our kids. she had them laughing and talking the whole time. she did awesome on their hair as well!
Environments is great the people there is amazing.
My son has not wanted anyone touching his hair for 3 years now and it’s been frustrating trying to get his hair under control. We made a spontaneous visit last time and it went surprisingly well. Our stylist did an AMAZING job and handled it with so much patience and grace. We will be back and highly recommend it!!

Honestly we can’t go wrong with Kendyl. She has been our favorite at the Winston Salem location. She gives my son the best boys haircut and when I want to try shorter or something new she never fails. I’m always happy with the results and never have to go back for any fixes. She has a great demeanor with kids
