Great, quick haircut
I really enjoy Nana as a stylist. She is very nice, willing to work with us to get our desired cut/look and she is very good at cutting hair. You can tell she is a true artist.
Miss Gentry is amazing with my 2 year old boy and 5 year old girl. She does both haircuts perfectly and interacts with both kids so well.
Sam was the absolutely the best. I said my son doesn't like the hairs on him because they get under his shirt even with the cape on. She one handed did his hair while holding the blow dryer in the other hand.
We really appreciated the time and patience that Ms. Bo took with both our kids, especially our older son who is on the spectrum and has some extra sensory challenges. We felt incredibly welcomed, the space was great for the kids and the haircuts themselves were great!

We chose Pigtails & Crewcuts for our daughter's 1st haircut last weekend (she's 4 and was super nervous!).
We were scheduled with Jennifer and she was so kind and gentle helping make this experience one to remember! So much so that our daughter is already asking when she can come back for another haircut.

I love the easinness of making an online appointment. The atmosphere is perfect for kids, parents and grandparents. All of the employees are so sweet and you can tell they love what they do. Ms Dee has cut my Grandson's hair since the McDonough store opened. He loves to ho see her and even, at 5 years old, loves getting his hair cut.
Danny is very good with kids. My son usually doesn't like anyone cutting his hair, but he let's Danny cut his hair. Thank you Danny.

The staff are very friendly and so great with the kids and customers that come through. I want to specifically recognize Brittany who we saw the first time we came in and had to come back and request her. She was absolutely amazing and so patient with my son and did exactly what we wanted to my son hair. Highly recommend!

We love Ali! She has a way with our son but we have also observed with all kids. She is able to put our son at ease with a calm voice and playful manner, and is able to cut his hair exactly how we request. She's is gentle with him and doesn't yank his head around, and is able to conversate while doing so. She is definitely a gem and having hair stylists like her at your establishment will definitely set you apart

Our son loves the car seats and enjoys getting his haircut. Juana is very talented and has a great disposition for calming down our sometimes anxious son. It also comforts him when she speaks Spanish to him since he is bilingual as well.
