Exceptional service and facility! very accommodating and careful with the little ones. My son got his very first haircut here recently. As a first time mom I expected the worst but he really enjoyed the tv playing bluey, toys and car chair provided. Kept my little one at ease and entertained the entire process with no fussing. I especially appreciated the stylist going out of her way to sure it’s ok with me throughout the process before making any changes (like using the machine for the edges instead of scissors).
My son had a haircut there for the first time. The manager was the one who did it. She was very nice and friendly and did a great job. The place is clean and my son loved it. Every time we are close to the location he reminds it and says that he wants to go back there because he wants to play with the train track. I also love their little shop section. And at the end of your visit your kid can take a little treat from their treasure box.

My son is autistic and for 5 years no one could touch him. Getting his hair cut was an impossible task and he was not the only one leaving with tears and frustration. We found this place and at first it was a challenge but not our son is excited and he may stuff have some struggles but it’s nothing like before. I do believe it has to do with the options of what he can sit in and the stylist herself. Nikki is a blessing she is calm she is gentle and he can sense that. We thank you so much for all you do and as his mother and all the challenges we face you have no idea what a breath of fresh air this is.

Clean professional. Shannon was very awesome answered all my questions when it came to my daughter hair . Treated my daughter super sweet made her feel like a princess. Love the lollipops / snacks they have to help the kids relax . Will be returning again .

Every hairstylist we have ever had is amazing! They really listen to what we want, and they are so patient with our fidgety little one. He never likes getting sprayed with water, but they make a little game of it to make him comfortable and happy.
We love coming to Pigtails & Crewcuts. Sometimes for the littles, haircuts can cause some anxiety. Each time we come there, my kiddo is excited and runs in to play with the train set. This last time Alina was wonderful with my wiggly 3 year old. We just love the whole vibe when there.
