I’ve been going to Kristina for a couple of years now. Since my son’s first hair cut. He’s autistic and I needed someone who would be able to remain calm, be understanding, and have patience with him. She was the one. She does all my kids hair. Shes honestly so sweet and caring. I don’t let anyone else cut my kids hair. (I really hoped I spelled her name right) We travel from Ooltewah just to see her.

I made an appointment for my grand daughter to get fairy hair for the first time to celebrate her 7th birthday. Everyone was very friendly. She left with a sweet birthday ballon & goodies. We were very happy with the results! I noticed other customers coming in for haircuts & it was a great experience for all.I would highly recommend this business.
Kaelin is always so patient & good with my baby, she understands my wants, but also makes sure my little guy isn't too overwhelmed with the process. Highly recommend her for special needs children.

I have two boys, 2.5yr old and 1yr old. Rachel was efficient. Patient, bc I was late. Gave my boys the exact haircut I wanted and styled it which allowed from some small touch ups. I paid for 80min, was late 10min and she only took 20min for both! The chairs for the kids were perfect. TV options for the kids a HUGE help. Tile magnets amazing for my baby! Okay area fro my toddler while his brother got a haircut so helpful. Bathroom with kid seat Amazing! Spacious for carriage. Side benches for parents. I couldn’t have asked for a better setup and staff and will DEFINITELY be coming back!
