Kristina and her team at Pigtails and Crew Cuts is top of the spear when it comes to kids haircuts. Pre-toddlers, Toddlers, Young, Teens and even adults, yes they do adults and they do it well. We have been constant customers for 3 years and I will never go to another place. We even live in Williamsburg, we don’t care, we will drive an hour if it means our children get to see Kristina and her team. 100000% recommend to families.
Truley is an amazing staff. She knows how to work with babies and kids. She is super nice and understanding even though my son will cry the whole time, and she does such a good job while dealing with all of it. We have been going to this place for 5 years and always request her.

Ms. Francesca is a freakin ANGEL!! Our son (5 y/o) is non verbal with profound autism and has BIG VOCAL emotions for a little guy when it comes to sensory things like haircuts. Today was our 2nd time there with her and not the first time nor today did she ever make Sam or myself feel anything but calm, relaxed, and welcomed. She is SO GOOD with him, SO PATIENT AND GENTLE! It was nothing but genuine kindness and from a very exhausted momma, I can't thank her enough for that! 💚

Sheila always does an excellent cut. She knows we can't afford haircuts often so she does a good short cut so we have extra time in between while it grows out. She's terrific with my son who has autism and sensory issues.

I drive almost 40 minutes to this location for my boys who are 2 and 3 years old. They are so great with them. One will be getting a haircut while the other can play in the playroom where I can still see him. They are quick, efficient and always does an excellent job.
