The team is so nice and seem to really enjoy working with kids and not just my kids as you look around while you are there everyone is having a positive interaction with kids and parents. Not all kids love getting their hair cut but they are patient and understanding. Also the hair cut is great!!!

Love the whimsical theme of the facility. The waiting room area is an excellent space and having TVs playing kid movies is a wonderful distraction. Love the treasure chest at the end and the stylists were so friendly. Highly recommend!
1st haircut package- did a wonderful job of entertaining our toddler during the haircut and keeping him calm
Madison is the BEST! My kiddo is a bit of a wiggly challenge, but Madison does an amazing job and is such a joy to be around. Highly recommend this salon and stylist!

Dani was extremely patient an gentle with our son for his first haircut. She used appropriate products for his hair texture and even took time to educate us on how best to care for our son's hair texture. We will be back to Pigtails & Crewcuts and Dani.

We usually book with Amber for our appointments but i waited spur of the moment to book and i booked with Brandy and im so glad i did. She was an absolute angel. She was so nice and joked with my 2 year old and made sure to move with him. She was very fast as well. Definitely would recommend Amber and or Brandy any time! 💙
Both Ms. Juana and Ms. Alicia were absolutely amazing! They made the whole process quick and fun for my kiddos and were even able to squeeze in one kiddo wasn't initially booked for a cut. We will definitely be back!

Ms. Kris, Ms. Drucela, and Ms. Daphney were ALL amazing. They were so patient and made sure they understood the style each child wanted. Ms. Daphney was perfect at relaxing my daughter for her princess treatment. We're very new to this area and have 2 autistic children can sometimes make tasks that should be easier, very difficult. They were each amazing, full of smiles, patience, and skill. I certainly recommend them to everyone. They take the time and have patience to deal with all children, even those that require additional gentleness and care. My oldest talked about Ms. Dru and the wonderful cut that matched exactly what he was hoping for. Ms. Kris, my youngest son fell in love with his cut and style that I was forced to send a picture to his teacher, since he was absolutely loved it. Thank you again for the wonderful staff, everyone we encountered was so sweet and patient and I have no doubt that every staff member is an artist who has perfected patience, gentleness, and skill. Thank you, we will definitely return.
Even though my toddler was antsy and wanted to move constantly, Aly made sure to still give a great haircut and made us feel extremely comfortable!
