Fantastic place to get your child’s haircut! Took our son here for his first haircut, and the staff was amazing, helpful, and extremely patient with him as he was fussy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be returning in the future for his haircuts.

We bring our autistic son there and boy does he put up a fight. They stay calm (I dont at all) and they help get it done. We have been denied elsewhere before because of how he reacts. They still treated him kindly and just overall did amazing with him fighting and giving us the cut we wanted for him with summer coming up. I even take my daughter and got my mom to take my younger sister there and she loved it as well!
Ms Meri was wonderful! So patient and kind and the environment was so fun and welcoming. We had to bring my two younger children and they had lots of fun waiting too!
I have been bringing my grandson to have his haircut by Meri, about 4 times now. He is 6 years old. His papa used to cut his hair, but it was not good. So, I asked if I could take him to a professional for his next haircut and he agreed.
Meri gave my grandson an awesome cut and continues to do so. My grandson only want Meri to cut his hair now!
I found Pigtails and Crewcuts while Googling for a children's hair salon. They are highly rated and geared to children. My grandson was quite nervous during his first visit, but Meri put him at ease! She is so kind, sweet and patient with my grandson and now he is completely comfortable and looks forward to going, but only for Meri! Of course, the lollipop and treasure chest trinkets are a plus, too!
I highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts and especially, Meri!

Nicole was our hairstyles at the Geneva, IL location. She was so patient and kind to our daughter, who was having her 1st hair cut. Our daught waa crying and screaming and she stayed calm, reassured us that everything was fine and she was so sweet to our family. She is very professional, sweet and patient. We will definitely be coming back because of her.
My 2 year old has had multiple haircuts and they have always been a struggle until we went to Pigtails and Crewcuts. The staff was super friendly and my son enjoyed being able to sit in the firetruck.
