Truly have talent with stylist Shanelle C at the Valrico, FL location. I take my daughter (4) and son (2) to see her every 4-5 weeks. She is a true master of her craft and chair side manner. She has a gift knowing just how to interact with each child. She always makes my daughter feel special and calms my son’s nerves related to his sensory issues. Her patience and ability to complete a haircut in what to me would be a difficult situation doesn’t even phase her. Very thankful for her and her amazing service and skill.

The customer service was amazing! I noticed that all of the staff were very patient with the kids that were getting there haircuts. The team seemed to all work together well. It was a very pleasant experience. Both of my kids had great haircuts and the price was great!
