I love the kid-friendly environment from the tvs playing children's movies, the salon chairs that look like cars, and all of the add-ons that are offered--not to mention that the stylists are very welcoming and make children feel comfortable throughout their haircut experience.
One thing that needs improvement is that when you pay for a cut and shampoo service, a full blow dry should be included. The stylists only partially dried both of my girls' hair. Fully drying their hair should be done when paying $30.95 for a trim and hair washing.
Everyone is so nice and so patient with all the kids.
Despite the business right before Christmas, everything went smoothly. My husband and 2 kids all got a haircut, it was my toddlers first time here and Suzy was great! We'll definitely be back!

Ms. Meri is so great with our 3 year old daughter. She is so patient and tells her what she is going to do before she does it so she won’t get scared. Such a great place for kids!
I love the decorated chairs. I love how no one gets irritated if a kid moves around too much. I love how yall make the kids feel special and the kids love getting a toy afterwards.

The staff is so friendly and do everything they can to keep the kids calm and happy. They explain what they are using to cut the hair and what it might feel like. There is a toy section for kids to play and wait as well as many tv’s for distractions playing cartoons

The staff is very understanding of kiddos with differing needs. I brought my son in and he was having a hard time transitioning to the haircut and Tina was so understanding. She didn’t make me feel bad and offered suggestions for next time. My son ended up having a great experience and a wonderful haircut as well. My other sons have had haircuts with some of the other staff members and I have been pleased with them as well.
Arlo thought he looked so good after his haircut! Ms. Euri was great and we really appreciate her patience with Arlo. We have received several compliments on Arlo’s haircut and will be back, thank you!
We take our son to Ms. Euri and absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering going to Pigtails and Crew Cuts! He was extremely anxious but gets better and better each time. She is so beyond patient, kind, and understanding with him and he’s shown so much improvement under her care.

I was very satisfied with the patience and care provided by our stylist, but very disappointed to realize we had not recieved the lock of hair that was meant to be included with my sons haircut... It's such a special moment that left me with some grief for something I'd waiting so long for.
This was the easiest haircut experience we’ve ever had. Meri took care of everything and I felt so relaxed watching my son enjoying himself. He loved sitting in the police car and playing with toys while having his hair cut. Meri was wonderful with him. We will definitely be back!

Excellent haircut
We were very pleased with our first time there! Loved that they had a clean/interactive play room for our other child while they waited for their turn. The car chairs were cool. The person who did our kids hair was very efficient and patient. Both kids left with a sucker, a snack of animal crackers and a goodie. Like what! Soo good for the price.

Ms Rhian is THE BEST!!!!!! Couldn’t imagine taking our son anywhere else. She is so friendly, kind, and patient. Plus she gives the best hair cuts and knows how to calm high-energy toddlers and also handle curly hair. Seriously, she’s incredible.
