The technician we had was Robert. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. The outcome was fabulous. The carpet in our house is 10 years old and now looks fantastic. This was the first time they had ever been professionally cleaned and the pet spots we had that kept returning have not come back. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to every homeowner or business. Your technician was very proffesional answered all my questions in detail even gave me a science lesson about rugs and the way shampoo ruins them. He took the time to do my rugs like they were his. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Robert was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, professional and eager / energetic. I felt that Robert did a great job - he worked until the job was done instead of rushing to go to another job - he spent approximately 2 hours cleaning a pillow top king size mattress, bedroom carpet and bathroom tile / grout. Robert patiently explained the Zerorez process / methodology, and he showed me the contrast of an area that he had cleaned compared to an untreated area. The results were amazing! The work was done on a rental property, and I am going to change from a competitor to Zerorez on my personal residence. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Robert.

They actually arrived early and were very professional and nice.
