Our serviceman, Spencer worked efficiently and thoroughly. cleaning our upholstered furniture,area rugs and stairway carpet. We were very pleased with how quickly everything was dry- no soggy residue. We also had him take our Karistan rugs to the Rug Spa to be cleaned and repaired. He called me w/i a couple of hours to notify me of the repair estimates. I meet a lot of people in my job and I'll be very pleased to recommend Zerorez!

The carpets are very clean with no harsh chemicals, & no chemical smell. I like the fact that the cleaning is all natural. Even my husband, who normally doesn't notice the carpet too much, mentioned how nice & clean it looked. Also, the service person was on time & very pleasant, as well as thorough.
