Products are above and beyond your average carpet cleaning company. As for service. The tech that comes to your home is informed about the products used. Very polite and shows that he is not in a hurry, rather he is there to do a complete and proper job and to make your carpet needs more than satisfactory. I had been told by a friend about using Zerorez and how pleased they were. So when it came time, I called. I actually received an appointment for the following day. Service was on time, tech was outstanding and I was sold. I wouldn't think of using any other company.

He worked so hard to make the carpets perfect again after the past nine years of nine dogs, two busy children and all of their friends and all of the traffic. I kid you not, my carpet looks like new!
