I FEEL THE MEN THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE CARPETS WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY WERE USING.THE CARPETS LOOKED REALLY NICE WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THE ONLY THING I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT WAS THE CARPET FELT RATHER WET BUT I RAN A FEW FANS AND THEY WERE DRY BY THE NEXT DAY.I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENED YOUR COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

It's been two months since we had Zerorez do our cleaning and we are very pleased. Your representative was pleasant, a very hard worker, eeager to please and suggested a product we had never had done - tile cleaning. We were amazed. You also got out stains we thought were a lost cause. Bravo!

The customer service was very professional, from the point of making my appointment all the way to the gentleman that cleaned the carpets. Carlos was the gentleman that cleaned the carpet and he answered all questions and explained the process of cleaning to me. I was very pleased. Carlos removed spots that a previous company that I used was unable to remove. I would rate that as a 10. I am moving to Raleigh, NC and I can only hope that Zerorez is in the Raleigh, NC area as well.

Both were very good. I did feel the price was more than I have paid for other cleaning companies. However, I am hoping the residue free product you use will keep my carptets and furniture clean longer.
