The technician made sure to answer any questions we had. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and the carpet was so wet, Zerorez was damp, but dried much quicker. The young man who cleaned the carpet was wonderful. I like how the carpet stays cleaner longer than when chemicals are used.

I like the fact that the carpet dries pretty fast,that it smells good and it didn't take a long time to get done. Also the young man Adam who did our carpet was very polite and friendly when we get the carpet done again we would like to request him. Took out some major stains

Brandon was very friendly and helpful! The service was quick and we were able to stay in the home and were able to walk on the carpets after! They looked amazing, unfortunately the pet smell must have been too deep cuz it still smelled like "pet" and we had to rip up all the carpets anyways. But if someone needed their carpets shampooed I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
