I appreciate that the technician, Brian, is always very punctual, professional, and thorough. I am always very pleased with the end result.

First: I have COPD and am sensitive and reactive to dust, smoke and scents. Tyler assured me the solutions he uses are suitable for people w/my breathing issues. He was right! I had no problem AND the product was very effective. He was able to get some spot stains out. Over-all the chair looks very good.

Secondly: Tyler listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He seemed to be familiar w/ fabrics, structures and seemed confident of his work skills. I would have no qualms about having him and his company return for future cleaning projects.

Our technician, Brian, was wonderful! He did a super job - our carpets look beautiful. The carpets he cleaned have been down for 12 years and they look as good as when they were put in 12 years ago!
