The product worked for 99% of the stains in the house, Carlos, the tech was early and moved quickly. Plus he offered a number of tips to aid in keeping the carpets clean and looking good until the next time we call you. His advice was worth the price of the service alone!

I like the idea of not using any kind of cleaner which would leave residue in the carpet.
Good, however I wonder if the really dirty spots might benefit from a second cleaning. Let them sit while the rest of the rug is cleaned and then use your magic twanger, Froggie and hit the traffic areas again. I don't even know if that is of any use at all but was just wondering. We will use only you when we need rugs cleaned. If you are too young to remember Froggie then I am sorry.
