The gentleman that provided the service was on time, very customer service oriented, professional in both his mannerisms,and his appearance. He was also just genuinely friendly. I believe his name was Brian but I'm not certain. He appears to have done a great job as the carpets look and feel quite clean and they dried fairly quickly. We were a little surprised that we didn't receive a written copy of a service invoice/receipt describing the services and costs however. Not that its of great importance. We are very pleased with the services provided by Zerorez. We'll use them again and highly recommend them to others as well.

The carpet cleaning service is reasonable priced. The cleaner utilized appeared to be a "green" natural product without toxic chemicals and that is comforting. I appreciated the "protective equipment" used to prevent dings to corners and house furnishings. Tim, the technician was a very nice young man.

Time and efficiency of service

I like how clean my area rug looked after it was cleaned. In addition to a great clean carpet I was educated on how best to clean and care for the area rug I had and what to consider when purchasing my next area rug in the near future. On my next purchase I'll be much better informed and this is because of Aaron's help in educating me on the pros and cons of each type of fiber. Thanks again Zerorez!

Good, however I wonder if the really dirty spots might benefit from a second cleaning. Let them sit while the rest of the rug is cleaned and then use your magic twanger, Froggie and hit the traffic areas again. I don't even know if that is of any use at all but was just wondering. We will use only you when we need rugs cleaned. If you are too young to remember Froggie then I am sorry.
