The gentleman that came out to clean our carpets was right on time and did a fantastic job. I especially appreciate him using the corner bumpers, so as to not damage our corners with all the long hoses.

It can be a scary thing to invite a stranger in your home, but our zerorez tech was friendly and very professional. I will promote zerorez to my friends and collegues, and will definitely use them again in the future!

I really appreciated the professionalism of all the individuals I came into contact with. We had a slight issue with a weird smell after the initial cleaning & I never heard one excuse just, "I'm sort & when can we come out to fix it?" Oh and our carpets look & smell great!!

I just want to thank your employees for a job well done. My carpets look new again. I never thought they would get as clean as they did. The drying time is so fast. Ive tried other cleaners in the past and will NEVER use them again. Zerorez lives up to there name and what they say they can do for your carpets.
