It was easy to book the appointment and we were able to get someone out to clean our home within a week of calling. I received a reminder email two days in advance. The technician was on time and courteous and helpful the entire time he was cleaning our carpet and rugs. The job was complete in a short amount of time and I was happy that he was able to get out many of the stains I had given up on. Overall, great job!

The quality of the work and the professional technicians. I am surprised at the job they did. The carpet has not looked this clean/good for years.
There is still one small area they did not seem to get clean, but it is a high-traffic area.

The price was a bit higher than my budget hoped for but less than I feared.
