The technician did the best he could working with carpet that is old. Lots of places where it is really clean and still darker from dirt and film.

Great job, only looked to have missed one closet, but maybe it only looks that way.

My carpet looks very clean, but I am not sure how the $99+25.00 special got up to $300. I guess the Tech had to follow some special rules such as my bedroom was not wall to wall and had very large area rugs, so did not qualify for the 3 room special. Now I know!

When I call to have them come back when a cleaning wasn't sufficient, they do graciously rerun and make it right.

You don’t use a lot of chemicals.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the day and timeframe of my first choice. The person who performed the cleaning was very professional. The cleaning was done in about an hour and a half. My furniture was dry overnight.

A.J. was fantastic ! So professional, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. Great guy and that guy deserves a raise- he worked so hard to get our house clean!! Results were amazing. Can’t wait for next time. Thank you!
