I was able to schedule an appointment for the day and timeframe of my first choice. The person who performed the cleaning was very professional. The cleaning was done in about an hour and a half. My furniture was dry overnight.

The duct cleaning tech was very thorough and competent. There were some scheduling issues and equipment issues but all in all, Dom was great!

The zerorez products work much better than trying to work out stains yourself, and the service was fantastic. They were able to get everything done within an hour, but still took time to consult me on their plans for the carpet, as well as walking me through the prices for the services and being very accommodating when it came to stains they couldn't get out. I am very happy I chose zerorez, and I'm glad I got the service tech that I did.

Carpet was very clean no residue and dried quickly. Lucas explained the cleaning process, gave us an exact quote and went to work. He was very efficient and made sure we were very satisfied with the outcome. He walked through each room with us. I loved the front door enclosure that had holes for the hoses and kept the cold air out! Never seen that before.

Prices are within reason if you read fine print on card. Work ethics of your employees are excellent. We had Nelson shampoo our carpets and he was thorough and stayed on task.
