Our carpets felt like they were as clean as they were when they were new, the smell was clean. The workers were outstanding, next time we have the carpets cleaned, I want to have them.
The temperature that day was minus 6 degrees, the equipment froze up and they had to leave to get a different truck. They returned to finish and did a great job. Thank you and both of them.

The only thing negative about the experience would be that upon scheduling the woman I had spoke too had no idea about the 2 day 50% duct cleaning promotion going on and tried to tell me it wasn't local. So I looked at the email and it said Spokane valley so I called her back and she figured it out.

I had two young men come in and clean a house we were trying to sell. It had been neglected for years due to the owners age. What these young men did was amazing. The carpet was very badly stained. High traffic areas were very dirty. It looked like new when they were done. Highly recommend Zerorez.

The crew that came was so nice and professional. They offered me different services for my house and explained what came with the cleaning service. I liked that they did the blacklight so I can see areas that may have had issues but where they would focus on too. My whole house floors smell great and feel so clean. I had to cancel in the past due to family sickness, but the Spokane office was so easy to reschedule with.
