The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did exactly what he said he would and took ever precaution to keep any of his equipment from leaving marks. It was a great experience!

Prices are within reason if you read fine print on card. Work ethics of your employees are excellent. We had Nelson shampoo our carpets and he was thorough and stayed on task.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time ( actually about 10 minutes earlier). He was very engaging and explained the steps involved and encouraged us to ask questions.

He did a very good job cleaning my duct work. I am puzzled why I got emails and text messages expressing regrets that I had cancelled the service and wanting to know if I would like to reschedule it. These came in while the cleaning was being completed and after the work was done and paid for. There is a glitch in your system somewhere.
