The crew arrived within the time scheduled. Did a quick walk thru, and were set up and going shortly. They did a very good job, were friendly, and answered any questions i asked. Left everything in good order and clean. Did the bottom floors, I will call again, when ready for the top half of house without a doubt. Completing the job under the quote I got from the shop was a nice bonus. JF
