It was easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning😄(A simple phone call took care of it no password needed……. I appreciated knowing exactly what it was going to cost before having the carpet cleaned. The service person arrived exactly on time and explained what she was going to do and why before she started. When the job was finished my 10 year old carpet never looked better !!! A fantastic job. I am very very pleased😀

Quality people, quality job, on-time service, honest/fair pricing

We have used Zerorez for a few years and have been pleased with the product( carpet cleaning). The last time we had the carpets cleaned was 5 years ago and the person that did the work was Guy Lucas, and he did a fantastic job and when I called Zerorez this last week I inquired if Guy was still with Zerorez and the lady said “yes”. I then requested that he be the service person and guy was the person that was sent out to our home. He remembered our home and he did another fantastic job and he discussed our situations and what to expect. He made recommendations and suggestions. I highly recommend Guy Lucas to do the service.

He was very kind and considerate and he stayed until he felt that the service was the best that could be done. The carpets looked like new carpets.
Obviously, the next time we have the carpets cleaned , I will request that Guy do the work.

Super friendly service and I really appreciated that our tech was so upfront about what we could expect as far as pet stains lifting. The floors turned out amazing! We have a small steam cleaner at home, but the results just cannot compare.

Our technician took the time to do a great job and make sure we were happy with the result before moving to the next space to clean. Although there were additional sale add ons, it didn't feel "salesy" but rather suggestions out of genuine interest in the future of our carpet.
