The entire process went very well. It was easy to get scheduled, the price was reasonable, and the outcome of having 20+ year-old carpet appear brand new again, was more than I could have expected. The guys worked so well together and took great pride in their work. I would 100% recommend getting your carpets cleaned by Zerorez. I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars to get my carpets replaced, but one cleaning was all it took to bring new life back to my carpets. I tried it out with just a few rooms and stairs and now I'm convinced to have all of my other rooms done. My house feels new again. Thank you!

Cleans carpet without leaving a sticky residues. Dries fast. Our service technician, Noah explained the products, was very polite and efficient. We would not use any other product on our carpet.
