The cleaning outcome was extremely good. A stain we were apprehensive about being removed came right out. The only downside (and we do NOT blame Guy and Adam or Zerorez for the outcome) was one coffee stain that has been in the carpet for a couple of years that initially appeared to have been removed but, after drying, it is still noticeable to us. It is probably too deeply ingrained for complete removal.

We will always call upon Zerorez for our carpet cleaning!

I was pleased with how quickly I was able to schedule the cleaning. I was notified of the approximate time the technician would arrive and he arrived on time. He was very professional. And completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results.

Great job as always, but having to give a tip on top of someone just doing their job... I'm an emergency room nurse, sure wish I got a tip for every patient I have helped over the last 35 years... being forced to give a tip for someone just doing the job they were hired to do is starting to get a little old.

Oh my goodness, Tyler couldn't have been more friendly and proficient!!! We will definitely call again and ask for him. In the near future for a gift, we will call and have him clean our son and families large home.

The tech was outstanding took the time to explain what they were doing, Couple of spots they had to go back over with no question asked. We pointed it out and they took care of it immediately.

It was easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning😄(A simple phone call took care of it no password needed……. I appreciated knowing exactly what it was going to cost before having the carpet cleaned. The service person arrived exactly on time and explained what she was going to do and why before she started. When the job was finished my 10 year old carpet never looked better !!! A fantastic job. I am very very pleased😀
